as an herbal remedy for depression or
as an intoxicant like alcohol or
as a mild hallucinogen on the order of cannabis
used socially in Fiji for 3000 years as we use coffee and tea and
for religous and spiritual purposes as many here use wine.
Should it be regulated?
by the FDA
by the DEA
by the AMA
by the FBI
by the RCC?

 

should the decision be made by doctors, anthropologists, bishops, parents,police, pharmacists, congressmen, the free-market?

It is hard to get information on illegal drugs that doesn't have an agenda attached, most sources are interested in either discouraging or promoting use.
