Spec 20 Instructions

The Spec 20 is an instrument that is designed to measure the amount of light which passes through a solution. This can be measured in terms of absorbance of a solution (the amount of light the solution absorbs) or the transmission (the amount of light that passes through a solution). The measured absorbance can be used to determine the concentration of a coloured material in solution.
