The prerequisite for this course is Microeconomic Analysis & Econometrics (Economics 201& Economics 203).
Your grade in the course will depend upon:
Remember that you should try to use as much quantitative material in your Final Presentation as possible. For you quantitative analyses, you should use either the methods you learned in Econ103 & Econ203 (including graphics), cost-effectiveness analysis or benefit-cost analysis. See "Econ325 Economics..PubSectorCH11-Stiglitz" on E-Reserve for a discussion of benefit-costs analysis You may also use microeconomic analysis (e.g., supply & demand analysis) and analytic (not merely descriptive) literature surveys for your final paper.
At the end of the semester your grade will be figured in the following two ways:
